Hi, I’m Dana Rae and on my way to becoming a certified massage therapist in Los Angeles, CA. It took a bit to get here, but after getting degrees in engineering and liberal arts, studying art history, and working in the creative industry for over 10 years, I decided to pivot. In 2023 my auntie Eva was diagnosed with a terminal illness. During her final months, I witnessed and experienced how the power of compassionate touch could comfort, calm, and convey care, to her, to me, and to everyone around. Soon after my auntie’s passing, I changed the direction of my life to be of service to bodies, minds, and spirits near and far. I now study massage therapy at the National Holistic Institute and use both Eastern and Western modalities to relax, facilitate healing, and manage pain in myself and others. Join me, will you?
