1. The Unwind

Before flowing into bodywork, we begin with cup of heart-opening tea and a personalized intention to relax the nervous system and focus the mind. This session includes a 60-minute massage as well as a personalized acupressure pattern to balance each client’s qi. Hot stones, cupping, or gua sha tools may be incorporated at your request with no addtional fee. I often choose tools to use based off of what your body is calling for, always asking for your consent first. Singing bowls are also played to reduce stress and increase inner peace. Lastly, select an oracle or tarot deck to receive a mini reading.

2. Reiki

A healing art from Japan and practiced for centuries, Reiki is a laying on of hands healing system. With Reiki, your therapist acts as a channel. Connecting with your life force and that of Source energy, together we may work to remove energetic blockages, balance your overall system, and find insight into what you may need to see, hear, and feel.
Reiki is a wonderful modality for all those interested and is a great replacement for actual massage, should your body be injured or compromised and unable to receive deeper pressure.
Reiki only treatments are done fully clothed on a massage table and include light touch.

3. The Renew
60 min
This session is comprised of bodywork focused on the upper chest, neck, and head. As with the unwind, we begin with a heart-opening tea. This session opens with breathwork, aromatherapy, and soft flowing movements. The goal is to allow your body to feel supported and comforted so it may fully rest to receive nourishment. The face massage uses a gua sha tool as well as manual hand movements to increase your lymphatic flow (de-puff your face), reduce tension held in your jaw, temples, forehead, and traps, as well as light stretching to create space and increase movment in your neck and to open chest.
Within the session, Reiki and polarity enery work is pefromed to balance and harmonize your spirit.
This session is perfect for those looking for renewal, face rejeuvenation, or for those who may be open to experience a deeper sense of relaxation than they knew was possible.
